SetupAPTDecoder-xx.xx.xx.exe is the installation package. Please uninstall the old version before installing a new.

aptdecoder-utils.zip contains files needed for projecting images and METAR files. The zip includes also
background images in folder templates\maps that can be used as background images for projected images.

Extract aptdecoder-utils.zip to the same folder as you installed aptdecoder to. The default folder is c:\aptdecoder.
